About Us

Light of the World Ministries began reaching out to the homeless, poor, and needy in the Jacksonville, FL area by being the hands and feet of Jesus. Our hearts are to build relationships with those who have been overlooked and pushed aside by spending time with them, listening to their hearts, and just loving them like Jesus by meeting their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs in whatever way we can.

Light of the World partners with volunteers, organizations, and churches to get out in the community to serve and love on the "least of these". This opens up the door to share Jesus with the lost and bring hope to the broken as we unite together as the body of Christ.

Light of the World partners with the local church in Poptún, Guatemala to love and serve orphans, widows, and families in need. We are laying the foundation for a Rescue Center in Poptún and will be taking mission teams on a regular basis.

Our mission is to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

We are missionaries taking the gospel to the nations by showing the love of Jesus to those overlooked and pushed aside by society.

God has given us the vision to train and equip believers to come together to serve the least of these as the body of Christ, taking the name of Jesus to the ends of the earth.
